Starting the morning off with a glass of water and a meal helps your metabolism better through the day! When you awake in the morning your blood sugar levels are low eating a proper breakfast will help replinish and help the muscle and mind work better and more efficient through the day! The downside to skipping breakfast is most will opt out and rush for a high fatty calorie & sugary foods BAD IDEA this will have you extremely hungry through the day and throw off your progress!!
You must regulate your diet properly for it to respond to your training well!
