The muscle is responsive to a numerous amount of movements ! Glutes or Gluteus Maximus the body part most often focused on for females! This is important to fit those dresses and even better for the enjoyment of ones counter part! The Glutes are the main extensor muscle of the hip this largely contributes to the sharp and appearance of each side of the hip! Very important this help with all other workouts and daily movements!!
