Focusing on Conditioning !

I have to speak about levels of training and why it is important to condition your body before moving forward during training hardcore! We first have to understand collectively the inner working of what conditioning does internally. 

 During conditioning the heart and lungs are trained to pump blood more efficiently, allowing more oxygen to be delivered to muscles and organs! Before any exertion of the body you must take small step! PLEASE TAKE your ego out of the gym no need to go in and outlife the whole gym! Take it slow and steady !! 

Additionally conditioning exercise can lower your blood pressure, improve your mood, and help regulate your cholesterol! Very important for every age especially with todays diet and food system and how low education is in some areas regarding nutrition and health! 

Mainly take the time out to doing something as little a jumping jacks to get that blood flowing play with your children walk up the stairs go for a brisk walk either way life becomes much more easier when you energize the inside ‘this contributes to longevity with a smoother lifestyle !!
