How to Deal with Muscle Spasm & Sorness after workouts!

When beginning to work out or returning athletes after injury or non athlete,  you will develope some pain or stress  Sorness of some sort to the muscle tendon etc.... after excersise the muscle will spasm due to lack of training long breaks low hydration and poor strength! In certain situation if you have not worked out for a while on a certain muscle group, once you retrain that portion  there will be levels of inflammation to the muscle after or during the workout so there are a few tips you can take hold of to increase better results!!!
