Importance of reading Food labels

Food labels are important to read and fully understand. Basics in knowing exactly what you are ingesting can keep your body aesthetic and healthy! Most Americans eat to essentially get full it is recommended to eat for Macro and mineral nutrition! Currently I have ran across several people that don’t know how to read and understand food labels other than the front cover of what 9 out of 10 will confuse you ex: gluten free no corn syrup or sucrose which are sugar. Flip the label over and check out nutritional information Fats Carbs Proteins and dietary fiber, by doing this you will create a better meal plan and you will not consume more than needed due lack of info controlled by desire ! EYE BIGGER THAN YOUR STOMACH!!
