During the holidays we all have a busy timeline to prepare food and enjoy family always remember for those that are carnivorous please use proper prep skill and techniques when cooking and cleaning please wash all food vegetable as well very important and check with your local grocery to be sure there are no recalls or any virus around that you have no heard about this will keep you and other away from illness to enjoy your meals!

Cross-contamination is the physical movement or transfer of harmful bacteria from one person, object or place to another. As you can see here I am using plated gloves to prevent from contamination once I am done with the cutting board I sterilize and clean. I do not touch anything else after meat prep I immediately throw the used gloves away and proceed with a fresh pair of latex gloves!
