Tendons and Ligaments are important if not more important than building the muscle! We have to make sure we implement stretching into are plan to get full extension of the muclse! For proper penetration of the deep muscle you must perform proper stretching. 

For those of who love those tough mudder and long races and cardio. Reduction of inflammation and cramping light stretch before and after will keep those important components  

lucrative for the next Session!!
